ETİ birthday bash sees 3D fun in Çamılıkköy
A company renowned for their cream-filled cookies, biscuits, cakes and wholegrain healthy snacks, Turkish food producer ETİ is hosting fun-filled activities for everyone as part of its 50th anniversary celebration. A company that is no stranger to initiating social projects and community events, the quiet folk of rural Çamılıkköy in the Black Sea province of Rize are among those who have benefited from the group’s latest exciting venture.
This project, aiming to create an experience to remember, in the words of ETİ director Dr. Hakan Polatoğlu, “adds a little surprise into people’s lives and brightens up their days.” Polatoğlu, the brains behind the biscuits, decided to stage public screenings of 3D films for the Black Sea villagers last week, some of whom had never even been to the cinema before.
