Kingdom Hearts 3D to be released in Japan March 29th

The Kingdom Hearts franchise is indeed a classic among gamers, and if you want to experience the game in 3D glory on your Nintendo 3DS, its developer has revealed the released date as far as the Japanese market is concerned. For those staying in Japan and are looking forward to playing the game on their Nintendo 3DS, March 29th is the date you’ll want to mark down on your calendar.

The game will be dubbed Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance (or Kingdom Hearts 3D for those who are fans of wordplay) and should not be mistaken as Kingdom Hearts 3, a game which remains pretty much up in the air at the moment. Either way the game will be adding to the Nintendo 3DS’ library of games, which given its classic status should hopefully start attracting more players onto its platform. No word on how much the game will cost or when it will start rolling out to international markets, but assuming it does, it should not be too long after its Japan release.
