Creating Content for a Networked Culture

The expert panel will examine the impact video games and multiplayer participation have had on storytelling through examples of recent and upcoming film, TV, ARG and video game projects.

The super session is produced in partnership with Carnegie Mellon University and USC.

Henry Jenkins, Provost's Professor of Communication, Journalism and Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California and author of the book, "Convergence Culture: Where Old and New Media Collide," moderates.

As Jenkins puts it, transmedia entertainment is entertainment for a networked culture.
